NIE Library and Information Services Centre is established to support the learning, teaching and research needs of its staff and students. Non-members of the Library may submit a request to use the Library through online application form.

Please submit the request at least 2 working days in advance.

Head/LIBRIS reserves the right to grant or not to grant the Temporary Reader's Permit.

Tertiary students of government institutions are required to obtain a letter of introduction from the Librarian of their institution. The letter should include the student's name, matriculation card no. and reason for the visit.
